As expected, this map tells us that locations closer to inner city are generally associated with higher crime rates, while neighborhoods further from the center tend to be safer. In addition, the southern parts of the city tend to have higher crime rates compared to the northern parts. While traffic commutes are a concern for many people, maybe consider living a bit further outside of the city center to ensure your safety.
